Introduction
use
This product is used to produce aluminum alloy ingots and profiles for degassing and cleaning slag in smelting.
Product features
It has good effect of removing air and removing slag, low dosage, slag is dry, easy to separate from aluminum liquid, loose and easy to remove.
This product is blocky or powder, easy to use.
Method of use
Place the solvent in the bell jar or the air stripper box, press into the aluminum liquid, and make a circle, move up and down and level until no gas is emitted. Then clean the dross on the aluminum liquid surface and let it stand for 2-3 minutes before being poured. The powder shall follow the instructions of the machine.
The process parameters
Refining temperature: 710-720 ℃
Dosage: 1-3kg/T aluminum
Packing and specification
Each bag is 250g, and each box is 25kg. The plastic bag is sealed and stored in the dry place. The period of validity is 12 months.
